Customer Service Associate - No Experience Required (Oakbrook Terrace) | $60,000-$85,000

Each day in Oakbrook Terrace starts with a set of client calls, follow-ups and scheduled check-ins. You handle real questions from real people, and the pace stays steady from start to finish.

If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.

What You Handle Daily

You speak with clients about their coverage options, answer questions about next steps and make sure each interaction ends with a clear plan. When something needs to be escalated or a callback is required, you document it accurately and follow through.

How You Build Skills Here

No prior insurance experience is needed. Training covers products, systems and client communication from the ground up. Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility.

What Keeps You Effective

Organization matters. You manage your own schedule of outreach and follow-ups, update records after each conversation and prepare notes before the next call. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn are more useful here than any specific background. xhyhwjd
