ERC Pathlight in the United States is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead counseling staff and guide our clinical program. You will supervise clinicians, define care models, coordinate with community resources, and ensure high-quality patient-centered services in line with our mission. The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree in mental health, active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMHC or equivalent), 5+ years in mood/anxiety/trauma disorders, and at least 2 years of management experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pathlight
