Founding Engineer
Niulix
A cracked, early-career builder with 2 to 8 years of real experience who has already done zero to one: a founding or very early engineer at a strong AI-native or YC startup, or an ex-founder or ex-CTO who is now back to building. They learn unusually fast and have a clear spike, such as a top internship (quant firm, DeepMind, NVIDIA, Google), olympiad results, a hard side project, or a strong school. They live in agentic tooling day to day and want to go all in on site in SF.
Required
1 to 8 years of real full-time experience. One impressive thing on the CV -> internship/ early engineer at good start-up/ ex-cto/founder/founding engineer/ top school
Strong hands-on software or ML engineer who has personally built production-grade systems.
