- REGISTERING APPRORTIONED TRUCKS ON OTA WEBSITE
- PREPARING 2290 PAPERWORK IF APPLICABLE ON 2290.COM
- FILING ANNUAL 2290 RENEWAL ON 2290.COM
- ANNUAL APPORTIONED TRUCK RENEWALS
- FILING MCS-150 REPORT EVERY 2 YEARS
- FILING HAZMAT REGISTRATION FOR TRUCKS EVERY 3 YEARS
- COMMUNICATING VEHICLE/TRAILER ADDS FOR INSURANCE ADDITIONS
- MONITORING EROADS FOR WEIGHT CONFIGURATIONS/MISSING INFORMATION ETC
- MONITORING GRADIENT EMAILS FOR NON-COMPLIANCE OF DRIVERS
- EXPIRED DRIVERS’ LICENSES
- EXPIRED FUEL CARDS
- RANDOM POOL-KEEPING IT ACCRUATE WITH ADDS/TERMS
- KEEPING EQUIPMENT FILING UP TO DATE
- CREATING NEW EQUIPMENT FILES
- MAKING SURE ALL TITLES ARE RECEIVED ON PURCHASES-FOLLOWING UP IF NOT RECEIVED TIMELY
- BACK UP FOR ENTERING EQUIPMENT REVISIONS AS NEEDED
- BACK UP FOR CREATING TRUCK PAYROLL ENTRY/REVENUE SPREADSHEET
- BACK UP FOR FUEL CARD TRANSACTIONS
- MONTHLY REPORTING
- ADDS
- DELETES
- MONITORING/AUDITING FUEL TRANSACTIONS
- MONTHLY INTERNAL BILLINGS
- ALL LIABILITY ACCTS OUTSIDE OF PAYROLL
