As a Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the comfort, dignity, and quality of life of every resident we serve. What You'll Do Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and other facility spaces to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Make beds, replenish supplies, and ensure resident rooms feel comfortable and inviting. Follow infection prevention and sanitation procedures to help protect the health and safety of our residents and staff. Operate housekeeping equipment and use cleaning products safely and effectively. Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Work closely with fellow team members to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the facility. Build positive relationships with residents by offering friendly smiles, kindness, and exceptional customer service. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and welcoming. Compassion for older adults and a desire to make a difference every day. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate!
