Position Overview
The Customer Service Advisor opportunity is suited to candidates with strong customer support expertise in a technical, process-driven environment. This Customer Service Advisor position focuses on managing customer interactions, supporting account, product and service enquiries, and ensuring accurate order handling. The Customer Service Advisor will play an important role in delivering a high standard of service while working within the chemicals or oil and gas sector. Key Responsibilities

Interact directly with customers and provide information relating to accounts, products and services.
Generate quotes based on customer needs and requested solutions.
Receive, verify and process customer orders accurately.
Manage customer order changes and ensure updates are handled correctly.
Deliver effective customer support within a technical industry environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

Direct customer support or customer service experience.

Desirable:

Experience with SAP.

Desirable:

Experience with Oracle.

Desirable: Oil & Gas, or Chemical background.
