SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A doctorate of medicine or osteopathic medicine with a specialty in psychiatry and a minimum of three years of advanced experience in the delivery of mental health treatment.
Licensure issued by the Arizona Medical Board
Full prescription authority with current D.E.A. licensure.
