Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of WI to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC. This is a direct hire / permanent placement position. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance. Minimum Requirements 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in SNF / LTC. Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.
