Now Hiring: Certified Dozer Operators – Immediate Opening

We are currently seeking experienced Certified Dozer Operators to join our team for an immediate opportunity. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment and must be comfortable using GPS Auto Grade technology to complete precise grading and earthwork operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate dozers safely and efficiently on active construction sites
Perform grading, leveling, and earthmoving operations according to project specifications
Utilize GPS Auto Grade systems to maintain accuracy and meet job requirements
Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
Follow all safety procedures, site rules, and OSHA guidelines
Work effectively with site supervisors, operators, and ground crews to complete projects on schedule

Job Requirements:

Previous experience operating dozers required
Must be certified and experienced with heavy equipment operations
Strong understanding of GPS Auto Grade systems required
Valid driver’s license required (operators will be responsible for driving company vehicles when needed)
Valid government-issued ID required
OSHA 10 certification required
Ability to work outdoors and in varying job site conditions
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to maintain a strong work ethic
