Head of Land Strategy & Acquisitions (GW-Scale Energy)

TAR in Austin, Texas seeks a Real Estate Strategy & Acquisitions Lead to own TAR's land function end to end, from strategy to closing. You will pursue large acreage deals, craft creative structures, and build a dedicated land team while partnering with rural landowners and leadership to accelerate deployment. The role requires an acquisitions mindset, experience with PE or infrastructure, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with AI-enabled outreach.
