Travel Physical Therapist (PT)The Travel Physical Therapist provides skilled therapy services to patients while working on temporary assignments in different healthcare settings. This role evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life.ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessmentsDevelop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plansProvide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventionsMonitor patient progress and update treatment plans as neededEducate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and injury preventionMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient careAdapt to different clinical environments, workflows, and patient populationsFollow facility policies, clinical standards, and applicable regulationsQualificationsActive Physical Therapist (PT) license in the applicable stateGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy programPrevious clinical experience preferred; travel PT experience is a plusStrong clinical assessment and treatment planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and adapt quickly to new environmentsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
