Compensation and Position Classification Full-time benefits eligible, Exempt (Salary), $50,000 - $57,000/year, DOE, paid Bi-weekly. Key Responsibilities Lead. Develop. Deliver Results. As the Payments & Account Services Supervisor , you will oversee the performance, growth, and operational success of our payment and account services functions. You will play a key role in driving growth across our debit and credit card portfolios while ensuring a seamless member experience, strong financial performance, and operational integrity. Lead and grow debit and credit card portfolios while achieving revenue and performance goals. Grow cards (both debit and credit) with activity to at least $580K as of Dec 31, 2026. Manage the net income associated with debit and credit cards to be more than $356K, Expenses are under $622K, and Income is greater than $978K. Manage and oversee the IRA portfolio with accuracy and attention to detail; zero errors or expenses to the credit union. Ensure operational excellence through strong controls, compliance, and audit readiness. Maintain no more than two total findings on all audits and exams pertaining to the department. Develop, implement, and improve processes that increase efficiency, consistency, and risk management. Monitor key performance indicators and drive measurable results across the department. Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and service enhancement. Team Leadership Success in this role is not just about processes—it is about people. Qualifications Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing successful teams. Prior supervisory role experience in similar banking or credit union is preferred. Strong understanding of payment services, card programs, financial operations, or related banking/credit union functions. Exceptional coaching, communication, and performance management skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. A results‑oriented mindset with a commitment to accountability and continuous improvement. Fluent Bilingual English & Spanish preferred. Required Experience and Education Two to Five years of similar or related experience in credit union/banking, such as credit/debit card disputes, ACH, EFT, etc. Related supervisory experience preferred.
