Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid or eligible state license/certification for speech-language pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Previous experience working in K-12 school settings preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt evidence-based practices to meet student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess speech, language, and communication disorders within a school population
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate results effectively
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct and consultative services, adapting to a variety of learning and communication profiles
