Senior Billing Analyst

Hybrid – Princeton – 600 College Rd E, Suite 3500, Plainsboro Twp, NJ 08540, USA Responsibilities Work effectively in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.), in‑house software systems, application support, JIRA, and internal/external websites (Raw EDI, SSL/Terminal sites, etc.) Learn and apply knowledge of in‑house systems, contracts, and business rules to ensure accurate billing. Collaborate with peers to foster a positive working environment and support overall team productivity. Create and facilitate process improvements to maximize the team’s productivity and confirm implementation success. Train billing team members on new processes and reports. Deliver effective oral and written communication. Prioritize and delegate work to team members as managed by their supervisor. Handle closing quality‑control processes for assigned areas. Work independently on assigned tasks. Work in various pools as needed using transferable knowledge. Learn new systems and processes to support business changes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area preferred, but not required. Two years of experience in transportation or a similar role preferred. Ability to learn and adapt to in‑house software systems. Ability to function effectively in a dynamic working environment. Ability to identify problems, resolve processes, and implement timely actions or solutions. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, and handle multiple tasks. Ability to perform data entry type functions. Special Position Requirements Some evening and weekend work required. Position requires long periods sitting behind a desk and heavy data entry. Office setting with normal safety precautions. Fast‑paced environment with stringent deadlines. Compensation Hourly pay rate budget: $26.70 plus 5% incentive bonus.
