Job Description Northwestern Medicine is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our growing Behavioral Health team in Sycamore, IL. This role focuses on providing high-quality outpatient psychiatric care to an adult patient population in a collaborative, team-based environment. Position Highlights: Conduct new psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for adult patients Develop and manage treatment plans, including medication management Full-time, 36 patient-facing hours per week Monday–Friday clinic schedule with a combination of in-person and telehealth clinic days Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient centered care Support program development and expansion of advanced behavioral health treatment modalities System-wide Epic EMR Salary range: $264,000-342,000 Qualifications MD or DO with completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Eligible for Illinois medical licensure Commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative practice Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
