Case Manager

Case Managers play a critical role in coordinating patient care. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Case Management. An active RN license is required, and verification through the appropriate platform is necessary. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory. Candidates must possess a degree accreditation or have 5 years of relevant experience. Floating to other units may be required as part of the role. All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed during submission, as late requests will not be accepted. It is essential to provide complete demographic information when applying for this position.
