Scaffold E&D Foreman 1

Job Overview Join Sunbelt Rentals as a Scaffold E&D Foreman 1. This role involves designing scaffolds, ordering materials, maintaining documentation, and mentoring carpenters. Responsibilities Design various types of scaffolds and order required materials. Perform all necessary documentation such as delivery/pick‑up tickets, time sheets, extra work authorizations, safety plans, JSA’s and scaffold inspection checklists. Act as mentor and coach to Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenters for their development. Work comfortably and safely at considerable heights and supervise a crew or up to three Lead Carpenters. Ensure compliance with OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding. Understand and apply knowledge of various scaffolding materials to prevent load exceedance. Perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter or approved equivalent experience. Some trade school preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license. Must be able to work comfortably and safely at considerable heights. Bilingual a plus. Ability to supervise crews and understand OSHA regulations.
