The A List Staffing, Austin's premier recruiting firm for 50 years, is seeking a highly professional individual who is persistent in their efforts and loves working with people. Must be able to self-manage and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, databases, job fairs, and networking
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial outreach to candidates via email, phone, and professional platforms
• Perform phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with staffing managers and candidates
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Support employer branding efforts and recruitment campaigns
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Who we're looking for:

• Strong interest in recruiting, sales, talent acquisition, or HR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable on the phone with inbound & outbound calls
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
