Key Responsibilities:

• Remove and install HVAC parts and systems
• Efficient trouble-shooting and problem-solving of all common mechanical systems up to 50 tons.
• Efficient trouble-shooting and problem-solving of refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems
• Prepare precise repair estimates
• Educate customers on HVAC components and solutions as needed
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Communicate effectively with clients and customers
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes
• Assist with other tasks as directed by management, subject to change based on company needs

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a universal EPA certification
• 5+ years' Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration service experience (Preferred)
• Strong relationship-building skills based on teamwork, trust, and mutual respect
• Positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, roofs, and on ladders
