Why This Role Stands Out High‑visibility role reporting directly to accounting leadership Hands‑on involvement in day‑to‑day accounting and financial reporting Opportunity to collaborate cross‑functionally with multiple departments Exposure to audit support and process improvement initiatives Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries by analyzing financial data Maintain and support general ledger activity and account reconciliations Assist with month‑end close , including balance sheet and bank reconciliations Manage daily banking transactions and account activity Support accounts payable functions , including vendor bill review and payment processing Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Assist with external audits and prepare required documentation and schedules Reconcile transactions and support financial operations across multiple areas Partner with internal teams to support reporting and accounting needs Assist leadership with special projects and process improvements What We’re Looking For 5–7 years of accounting experience Strong understanding of general ledger and financial reporting Experience with month‑end close and account reconciliations NetSuite experience is required Advanced Excel experience required Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
