Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) Role The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. Over a focused 16‑week training experience, you’ll build hands‑on operational skills and gain the foundational leadership abilities that can fuel long‑term career growth at Mister.
