Commercial HVAC Sales Specialist at Yellowstone Local We are looking for a dynamic Commercial HVAC Sales Specialist to help grow our service agreement revenue in Dallas‑Fort Worth. This role offers autonomy, significant earning potential, and the opportunity to build the future growth engine of an 80‑year‑old company. Responsibilities Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, and commercial decision makers throughout Dallas‑Fort Worth. Sell commercial HVAC service agreements ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 annually. Identify and create new opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building. Follow up on repair and replacement opportunities generated by service technicians. Reactivate former customers and dormant accounts. Conduct site visits and facility evaluations when necessary. Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility. Work closely with ownership to improve sales strategy, process, and execution. What We Value Obsession with creating opportunities.
