We’re rapidly expanding and looking for a motivated listing agent who wants to take the next step in their sales career. The ideal candidate is a persuasive deal‑maker and passionate about building customer relationships. Responsibilities Fluent Spanish speaker (required) Full‑time commitment to real estate sales Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Organized, tech‑savvy, and detail‑oriented Coachable, driven, and results‑focused Positive attitude and strong work ethic Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales Qualifications Meet with motivated Spanish-speaking sellers and guide them through the listing process Build trust and relationships that lead to signed listings and referrals Follow up consistently using our CRM and proven systems Deliver a high-level client experience from consultation to closing Host open houses and convert attendees into active clients Manage your calendar, pipeline, and appointments efficiently Attend weekly training and team coaching sessions Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills One year of work experience in real estate Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based Many agents struggle with inconsistent lead flow, lack of support, and limited growth opportunities.
