Training Schedule:
Three days of hands-on load securement training
Five days of equipment familiarization, driving and backing instruction, and training in how to complete a thorough DOT pre-trip inspection
Four weeks of OTR training with one of our experienced driver trainers, who will help you master the hands-on skills you need to succeed as a flatbed driver for TMC
TMC pairs you with a trainer who lives within 150 miles of home, helping you get home most weekends during training
Paid training - $650 a week during orientation and your final week on the road
~$125 holiday pay for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
~ 600 in-truck bonus when you receive your own truck, xhqgsiq plus $1,000/week guaranteed pay during your first two weeks in your assigned truck
