No matter what stage of your career, you can build your future at Tempur Sealy!OUR COMPANY OFFERS GREAT BENEFITS, INCLUDING:Generous Paid Time OffCompetitive Medical, Dental & other wellness programsDisability and Life Company PaidRetirement Plan OptionsGenerous Employee Purchase Discounts Pay Range: $100,000- $125,000What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):Assist in the preparation of the “bottom-up” monthly forecast and annual budget.Perform detailed analyses to identify, analyze, understand and monitor the Company’s key performance indicators.Partner with operations as it relates to day-to-day operational management in accordance with the organization’s finance policies and procedures.Effectively work with other functional departments to ensure that the departmental expenses will not exceed forecasted targets.Direct relationship for creating and maintaining strong relationships and collaboration with site operations leaders and SFAs at other sites.Support business using variance analysis to identify opportunities and implement action plans to improve forecast accuracy, cost savings, profit enhancement and efficiency.Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.Understand systems used in cost accounting and productivity reporting to be able to assess accuracyAudit vendor payables for accuracy and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained prior to paymentEffective communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, strategic thinking and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to influence peers and support decision-making.Confident working independently, managing priorities, and juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Perform other duties as assignedWhat You’ll Need (Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or accounting.3+ years of operations finance experience, with strong knowledge of financial and non-financial metrics, LEAN manufacturing, labor analysis, productivity analysis and product costing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Power BI, AX and D365 is a plus.Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels; team playerManufacturing, Warehouse, Supply Chain or Logistics industry experience preferredAbility to work independently, take initiative and time managementBachelor’s degree in finance, economics or accounting.3+ years of operations finance experience, with strong knowledge of financial and non-financial metrics, LEAN manufacturing, labor analysis, productivity analysis and product costing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Power BI, AX and D365 is a plus.Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels; team playerManufacturing, Warehouse, Supply Chain or Logistics industry experience preferredAbility to work independently, take initiative and time management#LI-DNPTempur Sealy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
