You will be able to play a crucial role in fostering what will become one of the most memorable experiences in our children's lives. Responsibilities Teach fundamental soccer skills, including dribbling, passing and shooting. Manage behavior effectively to create a respectful and focused atmosphere. Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their performance. Organize and oversee practice sessions, drills, and scrimmages. Foster teamwork and sportsmanship among players. Ensure the safety of all participants during classes. Show up on time and prepared for each class (physically and mentally). Experience Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in soccer, is great but not required. Experience working with students or youth in an educational or athletic setting is great but not required. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about sports coaching and dedicated to making a positive impact on young athletes' lives.
