Looking for a OTA role where you’re supported, valued, and encouraged to grow?
Trinity Rehab Services is hiring a Occupational Therapy Assistant to work in our skilled nursing facility in the Dover, OH area. You’ll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide OTA services under established plans of care
- Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
- Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
- Complete documentation efficiently and accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- OH Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) or Pending licensure
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
