Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse, Specialist in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Location: Local healthcare facility
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and a minimum of 0 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Additional Information: This position assesses patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural domains. It involves formulating comprehensive plans of care, implementing patient treatment, and documenting progress accurately. The RN may supervise staff and work flow, contribute to clinical research activities, and participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives. Flexibility to float to similar units may be required.
