Front Office Assistant – Urgent Care Outpatient Facility

Location: Near Augusta, Georgia
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch
Pay: $16-$18 per hour

Our client is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join their urgent care outpatient facility near Augusta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to patients while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the front office.

Responsibilities

Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
Check patients in and out
Verify patient insurance and eligibility
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
Utilize Aprima electronic medical records/software
Assist with general front office and administrative duties
Provide clear and courteous communication with patients and staff

Qualifications

Previous medical front office or healthcare administrative experience preferred
Experience with Aprima is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy outpatient/urgent care environment
Bilingual in Spanish and English required

Compensation & Schedule

$16- $18 /hour
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
30-minute lunch
No weekends indicated
