Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $110,000 to $130,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review external financial reports, including periodic filings and materials for leadership and investors.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Support internal reporting by producing budget reports and responding to ad hoc analysis requests.
• Assist with audit processes by providing documentation and coordinating with internal and external auditors.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance efficiency through new tools and technology.

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting with an active CPA license required.
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting with exposure to financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Previous experience preparing or supporting external financial disclosures.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast paced environment.

• Strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent research and documentation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems or ERP platforms.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Organized and proactive work style with the ability to handle competing priorities.
