Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to clients dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and intake evaluations to inform the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, empowering them to make lasting changes in their lives while actively involving them in their treatment journey.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and organized clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, state regulations, and clinic policies.

• Work in conjunction with other mental health professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to create a seamless continuum of care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, including workshops and continuing education opportunities, and mentor clinical interns as desired.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.

• A valid, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapy in an outpatient or clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
