Logistics Associate - JRSC (2p to 10p)

MSK is dedicated to training the next generation of scientists and clinicians. Role Overview Order supplies from vendors and manage software systems like Helios, UPS, Vuetura, and Coupa. Prevent stock‑outs by proactively ordering and offering alternatives when items are unavailable. Notify management of supply shortages and suggest cost‑saving measures. Verify deliveries, unpack, and distribute supplies accurately and timely to patient floors and clinical areas. Monitor expiration dates and replenish supplies, linens, oxygen tanks, and pantry items daily. Process returns, manage mail distribution, and oversee deliveries using VueturaTrac. Supervise truck deliveries, assign loading bays, and provide necessary unloading equipment. Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies. Collect and transport specimens and time‑sensitive materials between locations within set timelines. Key Qualifications & Core Skills Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently with analytical and problem‑solving skills. Additional Information Location: 1133 York Ave, New York, NY 10065 Schedule: Mon - Fri: 2pm to 10pm, Weekends and Holidays as needed, Variable hours on the weekends and Holidays.
