• Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts
• 19 patients daily -- will consider 16+ patient panel
• All ages seen -- pediatric through adult
• Focus on chronic issues -- hypertension and diabetic management
• Experience with underserved patient populations required
• Community outreach involvement expected
• 2+ years of primary care experience required
• Hospital privileges required
