As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage a balanced mix of inbound and outbound sales activity for mid-market organizations and enterprise accounts. You will engage prospective and existing customers, support same-day transactions, prepare accurate quotes, and collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to drive responsive, consultative customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted sales activities.
- Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Prepare accurate, timely customer quotes.
- Manage customer information and sales activity in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to support same-day transactions.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams throughout the sales process.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Knowledge of consultative selling practices.
- Strong product knowledge.
- Clear verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Effective time management skills.
