Access Controls Field Technician As an Access Controls Field Technician here at Honeywell, you will provide exceptional technical support and service to customers, ensuring that access control systems are installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standards. Responsibilities Operate as part of the field services team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery for access control systems and other Building Automation needs. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute service plans that meet customer requirements. Travel to customer sites throughout the Cleveland, OH area. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service, specifically with troubleshooting and configuring access control systems. Familiar with LenelS2 or similar access control systems to ensure optimal performance. Willing to obtain LenelS2 training certification to support this position once onboard. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks. Experience in managing service requests and ensuring timely delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues using a multi‑meter with proven troubleshooting methods. We Value Bachelor’s degree in engineering or proven experience in field service. Ability to operate independently without supervision as well as part of a team.
