Land Rover Parsippany is looking for a motivated, digitally savvy Digital Sales & Client Experience Specialist to join our growing team. You do not need automotive experience to be successful in this role. We're interested in talented people from a variety of backgroundsincluding technology, hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, inside sales, banking, wireless, real estate, fitness, and other relationship-driven industries. You'll be part of the team connecting today's digital customer with our showroom and sales professionals. You'll communicate with prospective clients through phone, text, email, and digital channels, understand what they're looking for, provide an exceptional first impression, and help turn online interest into dealership appointments and sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding quickly and professionally to digital customer inquiries
• Connecting with prospective clients by phone, text, and email
• Building relationships with customers throughout their shopping journey
• Identifying customer needs and purchase timelines
• Scheduling and confirming showroom appointments
• Conducting proactive outbound customer outreach
• Managing customer opportunities and follow-up using CRM technology
• Maintaining accurate customer notes and activity
• Collaborating with sales professionals and management
• Supporting digital campaigns, special events, and customer engagement initiatives
• Consistently working toward individual and team performance goals

Automotive experience is welcome, but absolutely not required. We're more interested in your communication skills, work ethic, personality, professionalism, and ability to learn.
