Customer Service Representative

Client Overview:

A global industry-leading organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customer operations and order management activities.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$23/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high-quality service experience while partnering closely with sales, supply chain, and operations teams.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account support activities.
• Manage customer interactions related to orders, shipments, pricing inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by setting expectations and providing timely communication.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity updates within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Shared Services to ensure customer needs are met.
• Support order management and customer service processes throughout the order-to-cash cycle.
• Monitor and resolve customer issues to minimize service disruptions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Utilize performance metrics and KPIs to manage workload and achieve service goals.

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:

• 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales Support, or related customer-facing operations.
• Experience managing customer accounts and supporting order-to-cash processes.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, ERP systems, and business applications.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and order fulfillment processes.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:

• Bilingual in Spanish or French.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar enterprise systems.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
