We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA who is committed to providing high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and their families. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, collaborative communication, and a passion for helping clients make meaningful progress. The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning , remote or in-person clinical supervision , parent training , assessments and team meetings . Our services are delivered in-home, and in schools across Colorado , providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments. At Achieve ABA , you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence , while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success. Responsibilities as a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst include: Conduct assessments & build treatment plans Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care Analyze data + adjust programs Review notes & maintain clinical quality Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions Collaborate with families + teams Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care. Work across home, and school settings to provide seamless support to families.
