Responsibilities: Contract Scope Review with estimator Manage Job Start Timeline Allocate Equipment / Operators Material Management Project Scheduling Customer Service Safety Program Daily Huddles Fall Protection Program Driving Accident Procedure Time Clock Approval Subcontractor Management Create pre-build shop drawings Pre-Con Meeting Project Layout Manage Construction Cold Weather Concreting Hot Weather Concreting Execute Change Orders Accounts Payable and Job Costing Labor Return Job Costing Manage Profitability Required Experience: Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience working in concrete construction with the ability to read and interpret Blueprints.
