Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Position Overview The Restaurant Assistant General Manager position is responsible for partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a brand ambassador and a true second in charge, the successful candidate upholds company standards, oversees cost centers, and creates an unparalleled and memorable experience for our guests and team members. The role is also a culture champion and strives for continuous improvement while embracing the "better for being here" mentality. Responsibilities Partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations. Uphold company standards and oversee cost centers. Create an unparalleled and memorable experience for guests and team members. Champion the restaurant culture and drive continuous improvement. Lead and mentor a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age. At least 2 years of management experience. Open availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays). Reliable transportation. Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills. Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team. Strong P&L knowledge. Ability to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law. Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Preferred: Knowledgeable of local and state health codes. Preferred: Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules. Legal Disclosures Pay Range (Base Pay): $55,000.00 - $70,500.00. Other Types of Compensation: Variable Bonus, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program, Paid Parental Leave. Insurance: Health, vision, dental, life, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+). Retirement Benefits: 401(k) retirement plan with company match to 4% of pay.
