Team Lead

To support the designated Program Management Office, the full-time Team Lead will provide senior-level subject matter expertise in advanced analytic capabilities, oversee contractor personnel, and ensure high-quality production of intelligence products while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel in support of the designated PMO office Lead complex analytic tasks independently and ensure effective coordination of contractor personnel's work Support the Program Manager in managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk while maintaining relationships with stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Intelligence, National Security) 10+ years of intelligence analysis or analytic-enabling experience Experience supporting Defense Intelligence Agencies Prior experience as a Team Lead or task manager on a government intelligence contract Deep functional expertise in advanced analytic methodologies and intelligence integration
