Registered Nurse - Emergency Room Location: Burlington, MA Onsite Flexibility: Onsite Contract Details: Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 8 weeks Start: Immediate Pay Rate: $70.00 / Hour (USD) Shift / Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend and 2 holiday shifts required Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Job Summary: As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced and qualified nurses for our Emergency Department. The experienced and highly skilled nurses in the ED provide care to patients that have been in accidents or have medical emergencies that need immediate attention. Lahey Hospital & Medical Center utilizes complete computerized charting (EPIC) for patient assessment and care documentation, and to electronically record medication administration for the delivery of all medications provided to their patients. The new spacious, state-of-the-art Emergency Department features 44 beds in over 45,000 square feet with completely new entrances, a sun-filled reception area, a convenient imaging suite, pharmacy, fast-track area, behavioral health suite, private treatment rooms, family waiting area, and a family consultation room. Key Responsibilities: Provide care to patients who have been in accidents or have medical emergencies that need immediate attention Perform patient assessment and care documentation utilizing the EPIC electronic health record system Electronically record medication administration for all medications provided to patients Required Skills: Epic experience Level 1 trauma care experience Education Requirements: BLS/ACLS AHA certification required MA (Massachusetts) nursing license required Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required Benefits: Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans 401k Retirement Fund Work Environment / Physical Requirements: 12-hour night shifts Every other weekend shifts required 2 holiday shifts required Excessive time off will not be considered, especially around the holidays Important Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission Level 1 trauma center facility Manager will reach out to candidate via email to schedule a call - candidate must check emails consistently #J-18808-Ljbffr Broughton Group
