Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rental Manager to oversee our rental operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their rental experience. This role requires effective communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must have knowledge of trailers and the repairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily rental operations, including customer inquiries, reservations, and contract processing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring that rental equipment is well-maintained and available for customers.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve rental targets and maximize revenue.
• Address customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the rental industry.
• Cross train in sales
• Help with trailer deliveries and set up
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and sales tracking.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must know how to operate a tractor to bring trailer(s) up for customers & take them back to rental area.
• Must know how to change tires, pigtails, safety chains, breakaway plugs, lights & more.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation Package:

• Bonus opportunities

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8 am - 5:30 pm
• Saturdays as needed 9am - 1pm
