Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This position will provide administrative Support to the warehouse team, track shipments, maintain records, and support communication between departments.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

1st Shift: 7:00am - 4:30pm

Duties

• Provide administrative support to daily warehouse operations and shop floor activities.
• Track inbound and outbound trucks, monitor shipment status, and coordinate updates with internal teams and carriers.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including preparing documentation and ensuring timely processing of shipments.
• Support order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and inventory control coordination.
• Enter and update data accurately in inventory management systems, Microsoft Excel, and other operational platforms.
• Maintain and organize documentation through Microsoft SharePoint and other company systems.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to support load/unload activities while ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Skills

• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with RF scanners, barcode systems, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to support warehouse teams.
• Knowledge of logistics documentation and compliance standards is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the role, which may include standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical demands may vary depending on assignment and client-site requirements.

Additional Compensation

Overtime may be available based on production needs.
