Threads is a client-centric producer of uniforms and has outfitted over one million members of our nation's workforce. We are seeking a motivated, organized, strategic team lead to join our Operations Team as a Supply Chain Lead . This role will be focused on optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, product development, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, and distribution. This role will work cross-functionally across multiple areas to create the best possible outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Oversee sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract management. Maintain supply chain strategies. Work with the Warehouse Team on transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations. Assist with demand and inventory planning to ensure product availability. Maintain inventory control systems. Leverage ERP and supply chain management systems to drive data-driven decisions. Ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Mentor a high performing team. Requirements: Highschool or GED required At least 10 years of end-to-end supply chain experience. A minimum of 2 years of inventory management experience. Strong ERP skills. Advanced Excel user. Proficient in Office 365. #J-18808-Ljbffr
