Kforce is looking for a SailPoint Architect for an opportunity with a large healthcare organization in Saint Loius, MO. Summary: The SailPoint Architect is responsible for the hands-on design, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's SailPoint IdentityIQ-based Identity and Access Management (IDAM) environment. This role serves as the technical authority for SailPoint architecture, operations, integrations, and access governance, ensuring identity solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ administration and architecture
- Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM/IDAM) principles
- Experience with Active Directory, role-based access control, and group management
- Proven experience developing SailPoint rules, workflows, and integrations
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale identity platforms and access governance
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Windows server administration and patching
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and business teams
- Appropriate certification required within 6 months of hire
- Experience with large-scale IDAM transformations or consolidation initiatives
- Familiarity with access governance, compliance, and audit requirements
- Experience integrating SailPoint with HR systems, provisioning platforms, and downstream applications
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
