Analyst, Global Privacy Compliance

Work Flexibility: RemoteJoin Stryker’s Global Privacy & Technology legal team and support the execution of a global privacy program that helps the organization meet regulatory, compliance, and business requirements. In this role, you will partner with privacy professionals, legal counsel, compliance, and business stakeholders to manage privacy processes, assess risk, support regulatory obligations, and drive operational excellence across privacy initiatives.What You Will DoWork with program leads and counsel to support the receipt, management, and appropriately response to inquiries regarding privacy practices from government and regulatory agencies, customers, patients, employees, and other stakeholders.Support the execution of requirements with global/regional authorities and regulators, including filings, registrations, appointments etc.Conduct and review Data Privacy Impact Assessments, ensuring alignment with the global privacy DPIA directive and risk assessment requirements. Assist with review, assessment, and response to individual rights requests. Including tracking metrics and KPIs for reporting. Support ongoing auditing and monitoring activities in coordination with other appropriate functions, such as Internal Audit, Compliance, IT Security, and Legal.Foster a continuous improvement mindset and propose enhancements to the Privacy program and strategies informed by business needs, industry trends, and best practices.Exercise excellent judgment in identifying and escalating issues to management and/or for legal review in a timely manner;Maintains a knowledge of Stryker’s product lines, competitive environment and customers to better support functional initiatives and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders;Monitor and track status of privacy requests and assessments and proactively provide updates, as requested;Identify system or process improvements that increase efficiency, compliance, or reduce cost to the business;What You Will NeedRequiredBachelor's degreeMinimum 2 years of experience supporting privacy, compliance or risk management.Experience conducting, reviewing, or supporting privacy assessments, compliance reviews, audits, or regulatory processes.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePointPreferred 5+ years of experience in privacy, data protection- DPIA or DPAsProfessional certification in privacy, compliance (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CRCM).Experience supporting global privacy programs within a multinational organization.OneTrust advanced userMedical device industry experienceLarge global matrix organization experienceUnited States of America Pay Ranges:USN: $69,500 - $110,900 USD AnnualUS5: $73,000 - $116,400 USD AnnualUS10: $76,500 - $122,000 USD AnnualUS15: $79,900 - $127,500 USD AnnualUS20: $83,400 - $133,100 USD AnnualUS30: $90,400 - $144,200 USD AnnualView the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.Travel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
