Senior Director of Clinical Operations

The Senior Director of Multi-Specialty Clinic Operations is responsible for the overall operation, financial, and clinical support performance of a multi-specialty ambulatory enterprise. This role provides hands‑on leadership across access, patient flow, staffing, provider support, and execution of operational priorities. This is a high‑accountability, execution‑focused role. The Senior Director is expected to be visible in the clinics, directly involved in solving operational problems, and personally engaged in improving work-not operating solely through delegation. All other duties as assigned. Demonstrated track record of operational turnaround, execution, and performance improvement. Strong financial acumen and data‑driven decision‑making skills. Proven ability to lead through influence, accountability, and hands‑on engagement. All other duties as assigned. Education Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, or similar) strongly preferred. Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership, with significant ambulatory or muti-specialty clinic experience required. Experience leading multi-site or multi-specialty clinic environments. Background in Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence frameworks. Compensation $120,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
