What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cannulate pump lines from prefusion equipment for surgical cases
• Assist with complex vascular, thoracic, and cardiac procedures including AAA repair, heart & lung transplants, valve replacements, TAVR, TEVAR, and more
• Support surgical teams during high-acuity surgeries such as aortic dissection, VAD placement, and endovascular repairs
• Maintain sterile techniques and assist with equipment setup for various cardiovascular surgeries
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to procedural protocols during surgeries

What You Need:

• Valid BCLS and NBSTSA certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center or similar high-acuity surgical environment
• Experience with complex cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures
• Ability to work a 4x10 shift schedule and handle call requirements (90-120 hours in a 6-week schedule)
