Physical Therapist

Overview Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an on-site clinical setting. Utilize evidence-based care models to deliver optimal treatment outcomes. Key Responsibilities & Duties Assess patient conditions and develop individualized therapy plans based on evidence-based protocols. Deliver one-on-one consultations to provide personalized support and care. Implement risk-stratified protocols to drive improved patient outcomes. Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans to achieve optimal results. Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises. Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and quality care standards. Utilize advanced clinical tools to enhance therapy efficiency and patient access. Participate in continuous professional development and training programs. Job Requirements Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DO) from an accredited institution. Minimum of 1 year of experience; 2 years preferred. Proficiency in implementing evidence-based care models and progressive exercise plans. Familiarity with tools such as Limber, PROMIS, and Ambient Listening. Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
